• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned with their original packaging, including accessories and dust bags.

• Return Shipping Fee:

  • Returns are subject to a $9.95 shipping label fee.
  • This fee is waived if you opt for a store credit refund or an exchange.

• Sale Items:

  • Items on sale with a 25% or more discount are eligible for exchange only.

  • Exchange Only items cannot be refunded; however, they can be exchanged for a different size, a different item, or store credit.

• Collaboration products are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
