What Is MyFlufie's Return Policy ?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or MyFlufie store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.
