The subject of this contract is the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sales price of which are stated below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the website www.myflufie.com belonging to the Seller. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

Type and kind, quantity, brand/model, colour and sales price of the products are as stated in the order. Payment method, delivery address and billing address are as given by the Buyer during checkout.

4.1 The Buyer declares that they have read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the product subject to the contract on www.myflufie.com and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

4.2 The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or to the person/organisation at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.

4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person or organisation other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if that person or organisation does not accept the delivery.

4.4 The Seller is responsible for delivering the contracted product completely, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

4.5 If the Seller cannot deliver the product in due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer. In this case the Buyer may cancel the order and/or delay the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, the amount paid is refunded within 10 days.

4.6 In case of unforeseen circumstances developing outside the will of the parties, the Seller shall notify the Buyer. The Buyer has the right to demand that delivery be delayed until the preventive situation disappears. The product amount is paid to the Buyer in full within 14 days. In payments made by credit card, the amount is returned to the relevant bank within 14 days after cancellation.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organisation at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. Return requests are not accepted where the labels on the boxes affixed by the importer or manufacturer are torn, or where vacuum or gelatinous packaging is opened.

Once products have been taken out of their original packaging and used, the take-back period does not run and the product is not accepted back. For changes such as size or pattern of a product that has no defects, requested by the customer, the shipping costs belong to the customer. It is obligatory to return the original invoice with the product. Within 14 days following receipt of the withdrawal notice the product price is returned to the Buyer. The delivery cost of a product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the Seller.

In the event that the order is realised, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The Buyer will inspect the product before receiving it and will not receive a damaged or defective product from the cargo company. A product that is received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The responsibility of carefully protecting the product after delivery belongs to the Buyer.

Size and product changes can only be made for unused products with their original, undamaged packaging.
