Do they hold up in the rain?
The water-repellent outer fabric sheds light rain and slush, so a wet walk home does not mean a soaked bag. Wipe off marks with a damp cloth and let it air-dry at room temperature.
How heavy are they?
Very little. They are quilted and padded the same way as the boots, so you feel what is inside the bag more than the bag itself.
Do the bags match the boots?
Yes. Zebra, Macaron, Metallic, Shiny and Cord run across both, so a bag and boots from the same series work as one look.
How do I clean a bag?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let it air out. Avoid bleach and similar chemicals, and store it somewhere dry. Do not machine wash or hand wash. Washing changes the shape of the filling.
Can I return it?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method have a $9.95 return shipping fee deducted; exchanges and store credit come with a free label. Write to [email protected] and we will send a label and instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75; for smaller orders, the cost is shown at checkout. Express shipping is available for a small extra charge. We ship worldwide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Footwear carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and accessories and apparel carry 6 months, both from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
