Do they hold up in the rain?
The outer fabric is water-repellent and sheds light rain and slush, so a wet walk home does not end with a soaked bag. Wipe marks off with a damp cloth and let it air-dry at room temperature.
How heavy are they?
Quilted and puffy, but almost weightless — the same construction as the boots, so you notice what is inside the bag rather than the bag itself.
Do the bags match the boots?
Yes. Zebra, macaron, metallic, shiny and cord run across both, so a bag and a pair of boots from the same series read as one look.
How do I clean a bag?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let it ventilate in the open air. Do not use bleach or similar chemicals and do not store it in a humid place. Do not machine wash or hand wash — washing changes the shape of the filling.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Write to [email protected] and we will send a return label and instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, then delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Standard shipping is on us; you can upgrade to express at checkout for a small extra charge. We ship worldwide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects, and 6 months on accessories and apparel, starting from the delivery date. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
