FAQs
How warm are Flufié boots?
Each pair is filled with 100% RDS-certified goose down and keeps feet warm down to -22°F. Down insulates the way a good winter jacket does: a lot of warmth for very little weight, which is why the boots still feel light.
Can I wear them in rain and snow?
Yes. The water-repellent outer fabric handles light rain, slush and snow. After a snowy day, wipe off any marks with a damp cloth and let the pair air-dry at room temperature. Keep them away from radiators and direct sunlight, since heat can loosen the adhesives.
How do I clean and care for them?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let them air out. Avoid bleach and similar chemicals, and store them somewhere dry. Do not machine wash or hand wash. Washing changes the shape of the down filling and is not covered by our replacement policy.
What size should I order?
Most customers find Flufié true to size. For wide feet or half sizes, we recommend going one size up in every style. The full chart is on every product page under Size Chart.
What if the size does not fit?
Each order includes one free size exchange, return label included. Exchanges are final. Unused pairs can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original shoebox with all accessories; refunds to the original payment method have a $9.95 return shipping fee deducted. Write to [email protected] and we will send a label and instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75; for smaller orders, the cost is shown at checkout. Express shipping is available for a small extra charge. We ship worldwide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Footwear carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and accessories and apparel carry 6 months, both from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
