How warm are Flufié boots?
Our boots are filled with 100% goose down that is RDS certified and are built to keep you warm in temperatures as low as 22°F below zero. Down insulates the way a winter jacket does — a lot of warmth for very little weight, which is why they still feel light on the foot.
Can I wear them in rain and snow?
Yes. The outer fabric is water-repellent and holds up to light rain, slush and snow. After a snowy day, wipe any marks off with a damp cloth and let the pair air-dry at room temperature — keep them away from radiators and direct sunlight, as heat can loosen the adhesives.
How do I clean and care for them?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let them ventilate in the open air. Do not use bleach or similar chemicals, and do not keep them in humid places. Do not machine wash or hand wash — washing changes the shape of the down filling and is not covered by our replacement policy.
What size should I order?
Flufié fits true to size for most customers. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we suggest going one size up across all styles. Every product page has the full US / UK / EU / cm chart under Size Chart.
What if the size does not fit?
We offer one complimentary size exchange. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original shoebox with all accessories. Write to [email protected] and we will send a return label and instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, then delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Standard shipping is on us; you can upgrade to express at checkout for a small extra charge. We ship worldwide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects, and 6 months on accessories and apparel, starting from the delivery date. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
