Can I wear them outside?
Yes. The puffer construction is warm enough for the house and finished enough to step out without changing shoes.
Do they handle wet ground?
The outer fabric is water-resistant and waterproof. Wipe marks off with a damp cloth and let them air-dry at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sunlight.
What size should I order?
Flufié fits true to size for most customers. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we suggest going one size up across all styles. Every product page has the full US / UK / EU / cm chart under Size Chart.
What if the size does not fit?
We offer one complimentary size exchange. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original shoebox with all accessories. Write to [email protected] and we will send a return label and instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, then delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Standard shipping is on us; you can upgrade to express at checkout for a small extra charge. We ship worldwide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects, and 6 months on accessories and apparel, starting from the delivery date. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
