How to Size Puffer and Down Boots
Flufié puffer and down boots are true to size, so start with your usual US size. If you have wide feet or wear a half size, go one size up. The goose down takes up a little room inside the boot, and the boots are designed to be worn with thick socks, so a little extra space keeps your feet warmer.
Why does fit matter more in a down boot?
Down keeps you warm by holding air. When a boot is too tight, the down around your foot is pressed flat and holds less air, so your feet get cold faster. A boot with a little room lets the down stay full and do its job. Snug is fine. Tight is not.
Which size should I choose?
- Regular width, whole size: order your usual US size.
- Half size: order the next whole size up. If you wear a US 7.5, choose US 8.
- Wide feet: order one size up from your usual size.
- Very thick socks: the boots are designed for thick socks, so your usual size already allows for them. If you are also between sizes, size up.
What sizes are available?
Flufié down boots come in US 5-11. Our sneakers come in US 5-10. Exact measurements for each size are on our size chart.
How do I measure my foot?
Measure at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest. Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark. Do this for both feet and use the longer one. Compare that number with the size chart, and wear the kind of socks you plan to wear with your boots.
Do sneakers fit the same way?

What if the size is wrong?
You have 30 days to return or exchange your order. Exchanges and store credit come with a free return label. For refunds, a $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted. Details are on our returns and exchanges page.
