The scarf is filled with microgel, which is the closest material to goose down. It is warm and soft without the weight.
Is it itchy on the neck?
No — the shell is the same quilted fabric used on the boots, chosen because it stays soft against the skin.
Does it match the boots?
The scarf series share the names and colours of the boot series — Classic, Shiny, Metallic, Macaron and Cord.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let it ventilate in the open air. Do not use bleach or similar chemicals. Do not machine wash or hand wash — washing changes the shape of the filling.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Write to [email protected] and we will send a return label and instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, then delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Standard shipping is on us; you can upgrade to express at checkout for a small extra charge. We ship worldwide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects, and 6 months on accessories and apparel, starting from the delivery date. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
